“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honest, thorough, and truly cared about getting it right I called Chandler Air Mechanical for a routine tune-up, and Riley got to me right away — professional from the start. A couple weeks later my unit stopped cooling, and he came back out quickly to dig deeper. What he found was shocking: my AC unit, which I thought had been fully replaced in 2018, was actually a 2014 model that had been installed incorrectly by the original contractor — and never registered, so it wasn't even covered under warranty. Worse, the "new" installation had left in original components from my 2006 unit. For 8 years I thought I had a new, efficient AC system. I didn't. Riley took the time to walk me through my options and helped me choose the right replacement for both comfort and energy efficiency. Looking back, it explains a lot — comparing notes with neighbors, my power bills had been running about three times higher than similar homes in my area for years. Beyond the install, Riley handled the warranty registration and all the SRP rebate paperwork for me, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was running the way it should.”
